They were very helpful, several years ago, when I had a dripping shower. There are 2 plastic parts that go into the valve. Neither of them were cheap and they didn't know which one causes the leak. They told me you're just supposed to change both at the same time. So, I bought both parts and tried replacing only one of them. The valve still leaked. Okay, change it around so it had the other new part instead. The valve still leaked. It turned out that both new parts were needed to solve the problem. Sorry I doubted you. Now, I have a new issue with the sprinklers. My system has an old, brass anti-siphon valve with a manual shutoff valve that's leaking. There's a little cross handle on the valve stem with a packing nut that leaks unless it is so tight that the valve stem won't turn. I went to Ferguson counter sales to see if they had a solution. Even though it's a sprinkler part, they should be able to solve the compression valve problem, right? Replacing the old rubber packing washer with Teflon string was their recommendation because nobody would carry the exact size replacement washer. It turned out to be an easy fix that only cost a few bucks.

Got scammed by this office maxes printing department. I ordered $50 worth of prints that I never…read morereceived. When I initially ordered my prints the older shorter lady with black hair helped me with what I needed even took the time to measure my book that I wanted my prints to fit in, I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they seemed busy + limited workers. I called two months later asking where my prints were and they claimed they had no idea what I was talking about. I described the lady that helped me and they said they would ask her and to leave my name and number, they proceeded to call me and say she has no memory of this interaction or the prints. Mind you she rung me up and I already paid for the prints. I showed them the email that I sent the printing center on April 2nd then they proceeded to insinuate I already picked them up. Why would I call two months later to claim this. They told me to send it again and they'd re print them for me and that was on may 27th I never heard anything back from them and it is now October 15th. They do not have a good system as they were digging through all kinds of stuff to try and find my prints, and the fact they don't know if someone picked it up or not is very unprofessional. I will never print here again.

Upon walking in the store there were at least six people, four purchasers, before me. Assuming that an atrocious wait was to be had, the same employee that helped me out on the phone, quickly had everyone out before I got bored.
