Booking my first appointment was easy and fast (was able to request a call from a very friendly representative), and I was able to get an appointment on a Saturday, so I didn't have to interrupt my work day! I only had 3 weeks before running a full marathon and was afraid the pain would not go away in time. Dr. Espinoza and Christian were exceptional!! They were informative, helpful and genuinely caring the entire time. My favorite thing about Airrosti is that not only was my issue with pain resolved quickly but I was taught ways to improve and prevent future injury to the area. I couldn't get my follow up nor my next appointment for my other toe I needed. I called the office after 2mths and tried to go in due to my toe getting infected and in alot of pain. When I got there they told me that the office manager and doctor said I wasn't going to be seen unless I paid a certain amount of my balance. I explained that I have been in n out of the hospital that I could do a certain amount only and they refused. I had to come to the er only because they didn't do their job right. They knew what i was getting done so they should have ran my insurance first then doing procedure. Now I am here with tremendous pain at the er hoping I get seen.
