I cannot recommend Frank with Otego Valley Landscaping enough. I found him through a friend's…read morerecommendation and let me know tell you, Frank solved all of our outdoor issues! In the past, I have always dreaded the Summer and Spring clean up because we just did not have the right people to help us. This year, things are different! No more weed picking! Frank was able to put down a professional level barrier so the weeds don't come through. He used high quality brown mulch that doesn't smell weird. He is an expert on plants & trees and ours look healthier than ever. They were trimmed in an aesthetically pleasing way. Our unsightly pipes at the end of the gutters were converted to underground drains. All of our up lights on our trees are finally working. Stone walkway repaired. We have gone through many landscapers over the years and just never found "the one." Also note that Frank is very detail oriented. He will personally meet with you and help you come up with plans and find solutions. He was present the day of the job, as well- not like these bigger companies where God knows who shows up. Frank is truly invested in making sure his customers are happy and continued to follow through even once the work was complete. Trust me- don't waste your time with other companies. You get what you pay for & this company's prices were in line with other quotes I received. Frank and his team at Otego Valley Landscaping will solve all of your outdoor problems so you can actually enjoy the beauty of Spring and Summer. Thank you so much!

Frank and his crew gave the whole front of our home a glow up back then and we happily have him come back to keep things looking nice. I'm a small business owner myself, and I see clients at my home, so I want to have nice curb appeal for clients that stop by. While our landscaping is nothing super fancy, it looks great and is low maintenance. We have recommended Frank to friends and family (and even some clients!) and will gladly continue to do so.

Beware of Unreliable Service!!!…read more I've never dealt with someone as unprofessional as Dario. He's a nice guy & his prices're reasonable, but completely unreliable. I had a few projects that he promised to finish in 2-3 days. After paying for the materials, he kept cancelling appointments. Now, TWO MONTHS LATER & after over a dozen cancelled appointments, the projects are still incomplete. Everything's started but nothing's finished. I've got dug-up holes that have been sitting for weeks, to the point where my neighbors and HOA are complaining. He trimmed my trees but left dead branches outside for 2 weeks & all the leaves blew into my neighbors' properties. I had to clean it all up myself after their complaints. The worst part? He repeatedly said he'd come by, and after waiting all day, he wouldn't show or even have the courtesy to call me ahead of time. I've wasted weeks and countless weekends waiting for him. I even went on a 2-week vacation, came back, and discovered he hadn't done any work at all. I'm beyond frustrated with constantly calling and begging him to do the job I already paid for.
