My wife went in to purchase a vape and had our 4-year-old son with her. While she was checking out, our son was quietly looking at the candy near the counter. An employee named Andrew suddenly yelled at our son without provocation. When my wife politely asked him not to speak to our child that way, he escalated the situation by telling her to leave and said, "There's the door," in front of other customers. It was completely unnecessary and deeply embarrassing. My wife left the store shaken, and our son was visibly upset. We've emailed the CEO and corporate office and are thinking about emailing the BBB to make sure this matter is resolved. Until then, we will absolutely be taking our business elsewhere.

I wouldn't have felt this way had she let me see what I asked for then said about the cheaper one. This was earlier last year thankfully and wonderful service and attitudes from the girls who happen to be working when I come in lol not to mention the prices for cigarette rolling stuff are decent.
