He cheerfully escorted me into the Humidor where he pointed them out. I explained further that I'd like to begin exploring other cigars. He was very knowledgeable and provided me with a few others for me to try. I've returned once a week for the next three, and have been greeted warmly and helped with a variety of selections that I've enjoyed. While I continue to stick with Arturo Fuentes, I've also discovered a few others, "My Father" among them, Fonseca, Olivia, provided me with a bit of perspective, so I will repeat my visits and soon plan on staying for a while, enjoying an Expresso and learning more. The locals & regulars are always welcoming. Inviting you to sit with them & sharing their drink with you, as this place is BYOB. They have a fee for providing you with ice & a glass, but nothing outrageous. They also have in-house soft drinks & coffee/espresso. Everyone greets you, will shake your hand, it's an amazing cigar community. Mellow classy environment setting the ultimate chill vibes. Climate control & air filtration systems are top notch. Their humidor is always at the right humidity & well maintained. Their selection is what is to be expected with all of the big names, & I've found some harder to find sticks in a particular line here on several occasions. This place is a high class vibe, without being judgy. It is for everybody! It sits in a strip mall complex so there's plenty of free parking. They also allow you to bring in outside food or have it delivered. They also sell cigar accessories on site such as Boveda bags, cutters, & lighters. Whether it was used or not, I have no idea, so I bought it back. The owner assured me it was not used and instantly let me trade it for another one. No questions asked. extremely professional, he even gave me a cleaner for free so that I could clean the new water pipe and not have any problems. Since then I've been in and bought a number of different items from them. These guys are upfront, amazing and fantastic business owners.
