Honestly, a few of the employees are great, they are great at refunding items that do not work, however I'm going to be very honest. This place is owned by nothing but people that are buddies of each other, I've had nothing but problems with their coils for a few of my tanks. The juice just isn't something I can see myself buying when plenty of companies online offer 120mls for half the price of their most expensive bottle. A few times I've walked in and started to make an attempt to purchase something and the second a new customer walks in you're forgotten about almost as if they lost interest in serving you. Very clean place, but that alone will not keep business flowing. I've slowly lost interest in this place over time, mainly because as a more experienced cloud chaser, this place just doesn't offer anything worth my time. I say this because I personally have invested over 500$ in a single mod alone, and they just don't have anything worth my time anymore. Novice people may enjoy this place, but as I said, the more you grow, the more you'll realize this place is just kinda last resort. Typically pukerfish has provided top notch quality customer service. I tried to take my boyfriend in to get more vape juice, and a new machine. I thought hes a veteran, deserves something nice for the 4th of july. The un usually rude clerk, wouldnt let him use his military diacount cause he didnt mention his military discount fast enough, and apparantly the 2nd computer didnt auto populate the information, the clerk told him he should mention it next time.
