Our mother died before she could use the lift, and, after very superficial condolences, PM immediately started harrassing us for the final installment of their bill. We asked for an estimate to take back the unused equipment, and were offered about 8% of the amount we had paid, despite the fact that the lift contains numerous standard parts. In short, I wouldn't hire this company to clean my toilet.
