I'm extremely happy with this facility! A few days before moving I found out I wouldn't be able to occupy my new home as scheduled and needed to find affordable, local storage fast. I called several storage facilities in the area but after speaking with John on the phone I was confident this was the best option for me. The facility is large and clean, security seems top notch and my unit was in excellent condition upon move-in. John was a pleasure to work with and really made the whole experience from initial inquiry to move-in a breeze. It's also so nice having access to an online portal that to access my unit's information, make payments and review my gate code. I've already recommended this location to two of my family members and will be happy to continue doing so. read more

The Prices you see online will only be for the first few months. I started at 225.00 and it almost doubled since. Go to a place that rate locks. You're better off. read more

customer service is terrible , they make stuff up and when we moved out most of our things were wet, the roof leaked and boxes and clothes were wet, there eeee worms under things. I called again wanting a credit and nothing happens. they lie and tell you they need 72 hours when 72 hours had come and gone . the office at shrewsbury does not answer , terrible service. overpriced waste . read more

John was very helpful, friendly, and courteous. It was a real pleasure getting setup with a 10'x10' drive-up unit. I like that it is fenced with decent gate code access hours, well lit, and the property manager lives on site. read more

Easy doing business with them. Paid for my services online when I arrived at the unit the lock&key was already in the unit ... The unit was clean I didn't even have to speak to anyone I did all paperwork online and the price was very fair. read more

This company increases it's rates only months after move in. The only solution that they offer is moving into another unit. I will not be doing business with them again. read more

I was happy with this company for the first 5 months (Jan-May 2019) I used them because it was local and affordable. After May 2019 they made my unit $40 more expensive per month! So it's no longer "affordable" for my family and they said they sent me a letter to notify me of this change, but I did not receive any such letter. (They're probably hoping people just don't notice.) I also had credit card fraud on my auto-payment in August and Public Storage charged me a $30 late fee, even though I also tried to pay online but the website wasn't cooperating with my account. Additionally, I tried to call the local offices phone # to update my payment information and no one ever answered the phone and I was always met with a voicemail. Who needs to do this much work to make a payment?! I will say that the staff at the facility has always been friendly, but the overall company is a THUMBS DOWN. read more

I've been to other public storage facilities and had great experiences so when we needed extra storage I thought I would go back but a different location. It was great the first few months then the roof started to fall apart. I had notified the facility but they would not rectify the situation. Few months go by again asked for a repair but the only way they could do it is if I took out my property and put it in another 10x10. (At my expense) till fixed I asked if they could st least lower the rent (that kept going up) and was told no! I moved out, some of my belongings had mold on it from the moisture that was now coming thru roof. Pictures tell a thousand words! read more

Horrible! It's March and the elevator and power hasn't been working since December and they still charge you the full rate!

John, the manager, is awesome! The facility itself is dated; no security camera's - it is 2014, isn't it? My unit is on the 2nd floor - no climate control. Sweltering this week when I had to move items into the unit. Advertised rate did not include the additional mandatory insurance - that added $12.00 per month. I don't need insurance on the items that I store. I doubt that I will keep my items in storage there long term. read more

Don't do it. They've increased the rent twice in 3 years. They're overpriced already compared to their competitors. And paint chips are falling onto my belongings. $250 a month for a 10 x 10. Not worth it. read more

Not happy with this facility. The only elevator is in building G and has not worked since December. I have heavy items that I need to remove and can't because of this. There was also no power to the entire facility last month and walking through the hallway was very dark and dangerous. read more

Kaitlyn was very sweet and helpful. John the manager is also very nice. The outside facade needs to be redone. They are in the process of repainting the doors as this may help the look. But also new blacktop is needed. My unit is ground level pull-up and makes this convenient. read more
