Old management apparently made promises she couldn't keep and was fired because of it. New management runs everything by the owner, which is fine. However, the owner wouldn't budge on a late fee for a month we were told we wouldn't have to pay for, seeing as our stuff would only be in storage for a week. We had no problem paying for the storage unit, despite being told we wouldn't have to pay for an additional 8 days, but we didn't want to pay a late fee on top of it. The owner would not take away the late fee. Because of the unwillingness to work with customers, if you can find another place to store items, do so. If not, get everything in writing.

They "moved" me on July 11, 2017 and cheated me by charging me over double what they said it would cost and what they had quoted to me. Also, don't give anyone at Martin's Movers your credit or debit card information. They told me that they wouldn't charge my debit card until I provide them with the security code on the back of the card and only if I was satisfied with the move. The unscrupulous company processed the outrageous charge without the security code and didn't care if I was satisfied or not, which I wasn't. They damaged my brand new sod with the wheels of their truck and have refused to compensate me for it even though they say they are bonded and insured. They have criminals working for them even though they claim that they are a professional company with experienced movers. One of their "experienced movers" couldn't even back a truck into my driveway with destroying some of the sod. As I said earlier...RUN, DON'T WALK away from Martin's Movers!!!!
