I came in VERY nervous because I have truly been raised to fear God and the IRS!…read moreI unfortunately was unable to file my taxes for several years due to the IRS saying there was an issue in 2021 and I was having to paper file, instead of e-filing which I have done for as long as it has existed! I tried working with my usual online tax filing company, but they were not able to help me! After searching online for several days I discovered PARAMOUNT TAX RELIEF, and they LITERALLY live up to their name! From the moment I walked in the door for my appt. I felt a sense of relief. I was worried I was going to ask the wonderful man Imran at the desk too many questions, but they were more than happy to help me with ANY question and made things go so smoothly! Then Faith called me back and was able to see what needed to be taken care of and everything was seen what needed to be seen, and she was so kind and excellent about everything! She helped me to feel 100% better and gained a customer for life! I tried to finish the rest of my taxes in the waiting room but was having issues with my phone with Covered Ca. That turned into another dilemma for me which they ALSO resolved after having repeated failure downloading the Covered Ca info. All in all, they are truly PARAMOUNT WITH DOING YOUR TAXES, AND TRULY GIVE YOU THE BEST SENSE OF RELIEF KNOWING THAT YOU DON'T HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH THE IRS! THANK YOU AGAIN! I will be recommending E-V-E-R-Y-O-N-E to come to you for their taxes! See you next year!

As it turns out Joyce changed my appointment but they were not going to notify me until three minutes prior. Someone named Len ? Said they would help me. I just need one stink, one filled out.And apparently there can't be enough about one entire tax filing. So it came down to charging me a $50 consultation fee. I agreed. I needed one state business form done. She couldnt tell me the difference between EIN and FEIN and had to look it up then made me interpret the answer off the web. This went on for fice or six other questions. And I said why dont we discount the consultation since I'm giving most of the answers. Then we went back up to the reception who did not know how to discount the fee and then they want all my SS and personal info for what? I dropped $20 cash and left. I expect a tax advisors.
