While we were there we picked up some of their pre-made beef sticks of different flavors from the counter, excellent seasoning, very good and tasty. We also had a whole pig processed by them, and the flavor of the smoked bacon was so darn good we raved to all our friends about it, fantastic! The experience and quality were so good we've decided to do it again with them this year, both half a beef and another pig. Could NOT be happier with these folks. We come down from St Paul and it's well worth the trip.

The only non specialty items were crackers and sodas as far as I could tell. There's a lot of stuff here and a lot of people buying it at any given time. My favorite was in the deli. Pete's jalapeno pickles. Now Yelpers know I don't like anything spicy. This just looked so damn good and it was bread and butter style. A great flavor. Super big slices too.
