Very selective…read more This chiropractor went to Palmer the top chiropractic school based off my personal testing of chiropractors from various school. The second school I look for is Parker. People need hand manipulation not tools and gadgets and 10 different tables. They need someone who can carefully move/manipulate the bones that are stuck out of place and are causing nerve pain and damage. This chiropractor made my daughter's back and neck feel right again immediately and thats priceless. A good chiropractor is priceless and hard to explain until you have had both good and bad and have learned the difference in what makes one better than another. I have 50 years personal experience of injuries needing good chiropractic care. If I add my mother's experience who couldn't move without a good chiropractor and that of my children's injuries and seeing them heal immediately by a good chiropractor and made worse by an inept one then I have multiple lifetimes of expertise to testify. I like to help people find the quality care they need being it's not found in every office you walk in. You will be really happy you found this doctor. They worked me in to see the doctors. However I had some scheduling problems. I miss my first appointment. The girl who called called me to tell me I had missed my appointment was very irritated with me. Not nice at all and unlike any other care I'd had at this office. I was scheduled to have my cast removed and the same woman called to reschedule my appointment for a week later. I tried to explain to her that I was having trouble with my cast was there anyway that I could see someone before they left on vacation and on a personal emergency. She was short with me and said no I tried to explain to her the problems I was having with my cast that I thought it wasn't a good idea for me to wait another whole week to be seen she spoke over me the whole time I was trying to tell her what was wrong and then hung up. I called back and left another message and told them that I need to speak to someone my call was never returned. I'm not sure who I spoke to but definitely this woman needs an attitude adjustment or a different job. I was in customer service for 25 years and had never treated anyone the way I was treated by this woman. I understand that I was ruining her day, and maybe adding to her workload to feel that I needed to speak to someone, but for her to talk over me and then hang up on me was totally uncalled for. Maybe my Medicare supplement insurance had something to do with it. However as a first-line person scheduling appointments she has no business working for this fine office. Maybe she just hates her job. Again I would like to say that my in this office was excellent and the front desk ladies were super nice. As well as Dr. Capra. Again I would like to reiterate that I was seen at the Mary Esther.

I was referred to the Niceville office and visited once in February and again in March for a…read morefollow-up. Once you get past reception, Bluewater Orthopedics seems like an OK place. I had no issues with the X-ray tech or the PA who I saw. I thought they were very professional and knowledgable. Reception, however, is a disaster. First, there is nothing preventing the whole lobby from hearing everything you discuss with the receptionist. The seating area is very close to the reception window. I felt very uncomfortable with so many people listening (whether they had bad intentions or not). Next, on both occasions, the receptionist seemed like I was truly inconveniencing her by being there. Rude, short, loud. No "please" or "thank you's." I just really didn't appreciate it. There was no concept of customer service at all.

Not long after I met her, she moved to Growing Green. She is easily the best chiropractor I've had! I literally hate when chiropractors crack my neck, but I have no issue when she does it. She's never made my situation worse, unlike some. I tend to get small injuries really easily, but since I've see her I haven't had that issue. Not to mention, she truly goes above and beyond with patient care. After getting my sports physical done with her, I was telling her about some of my physical, medical, and mental health stuff. She recommended dietary changes, a skin care, makeup brand, etc. And recommended I schedule a functional medicine appointment. I scheduled my functional medicine appointment with Dr Larissa, and she's also literally amazing. She took the time to explain everything she though was going on, which explained soooooo much, and was able to give me forms of vitamins/supplements in non-pill forms! (I strongly dislike pills lol). She is so nice and literally has the best laugh. I look forward to continuing to pursue the functional medicine with her :) I love how every time I go in, whoever's at the desk recognizes me! When I was finally able to drive a car, I made an appointment for physical therapy. A similar episode 4-5 years ago required 6 weeks of traditional physical therapy (another provider). Dr. Bob resolved my lower back issues *much* more quickly than I expected. I won't go into details, because someone else's problems may require a different type of treatment. His approach was unexpected, but worked quickly, allowing me to resume my normal activities almost immediately, and residual aches dissipated within the next few days. Who could ask for more?
