(Miss Fran, if you read this, I hope you're doing well! It was fun chatting with you!) My treatment started because of my broken leg, and I went twice a week down to once a week for a period of 3 months. I always did a warm-up, and then they tailored the exercises to strengthen and increase my flexibility. Those workouts were not easy, but necessary! Made me work up a sweat. My visits usually took one hour, and thank goodness my insurance provided and covered this service. I could also do more exercises at home with the online program they gave me. I don't want to come back here (because I don't want to be injured again)! But, if I do get hurt and need rehab, this place is the best. Thank you so much to everyone at Performance Plus!

After injuring my back, I was in a lot of pain and honestly had no idea what to expect. I had never…read morehad a muscle strain before, and after hearing how long recovery can sometimes take, I was definitely a little nervous. I decided to reach out and see if they could help with the pain and hopefully get me feeling better sooner. Going into my first appointment, I had zero expectations. I was honestly just hoping for some relief and to be able to move around without feeling like I was 90 years old . But wow, they really exceeded my expectations. Everyone was so welcoming from the moment I walked in. Dr. Jordan and Team SP took the time to listen to what happened, figure out where I was hurting, and really assess my injury. I never felt rushed or like they were just trying to get me in and out. What surprised me the most was how much better I felt after each session. I could actually feel the difference after every visit, and it gave me a lot of hope that I was finally on the right track to recovering. Because of the treatment plan they gave me, I was able to swing a golf club again and move around much more comfortably! I really appreciate how much care and attention they put into their clients. You can tell they genuinely want to help you feel better and take the time to make sure you understand what's going on. I'm really glad I decided to come here. I went in with zero expectations and ended up feeling way better than I thought I would! If you're dealing with an injury or pain and looking for a place where they actually listen to you and take the time to help, I definitely recommend coming to Sports Performance!

As a 47-year-old perimenopausal woman dealing with metabolic health issues, I came to strength…read moretraining from a very different perspective than someone who already enjoys the gym or athletics. I had never strength trained before and was honestly intimidated by the entire experience. I worried about getting injured, looking foolish because I didn't know what I was doing, and whether the effort would actually produce meaningful results. I started training with Christian in late April, and I have been genuinely surprised by the progress I've made. Physically, I've dropped a clothing size in both pants and tops, and my DEXA scans show that I've increased lean mass and bone density while losing weight in a calorie deficit, which is especially meaningful to me at this stage of life. Beyond the visible changes, I've also seen improvements in several health markers, which was one of my primary goals going into this process. For me, strength training wasn't about athletic performance--it was about improving my long-term health. One of the biggest reasons I've been successful is the coaching itself. I have low blood pressure and can become lightheaded during heavier lifts, and I also need careful attention to form and knee positioning to avoid injury while still being challenged appropriately. I don't think I would push myself safely or effectively on my own. Christian does an excellent job of finding that balance between encouragement, proper technique, and progressive overload. One of the strongest endorsements I can give is that he has developed a program tailored specifically to my goals, my health concerns, and my abilities. Over time, that has built a level of trust that allows me to focus on the work itself, knowing that each session is designed to move me safely and effectively forward. He is also genuinely passionate about what he does. Every session includes explanations about physiology, training, and conditioning, which I particularly appreciate because I came into this with almost no strength training knowledge. If you're someone who feels intimidated by the gym, is dealing with health concerns, or simply wants knowledgeable coaching that meets you where you are, I highly recommend working with Christian.
