I felt completely at ease with Jamie, like I have known her and been friends with her my entire life. This usually isn't the case for me, so it's definitely a good thing. I have never had a reiki Attunement before, but I have had a massage done which contained reiki healing and I can tell you it's not the same. The session is more conversational at first, then she scans you while you are laying back with headphones on and you are concentrating on breathing and positive energy. Then afterwards we talk about what reiki is, what it has the power to do, what it cannot do, how we can become stronger and confident in ourselves, our gifts/reiki.
