She answered all of my questions without being condescending like other places can be, and treated me with respect, which is something I commonly don't receive right away at other establishments (age, appearance, piercings, etc.). They had a fantastic supply of herbs, crystals, incense, talismans, oils, and even clothes, tarot decks, jewelry, etc. The herbs in particular were of an impressive variety compared to other stores around town, are sold are in multiple sizes to suit however much you may need. I was accidentally charged twice for an obsidian bracelet and rang the store back to figure out a refund, and Lovely Linda immediately met my needs over the phone so that I didn't have to go back in. She was very patient and understanding throughout the short process. The crystals specifically tend to run a little expensive, but I think that it's more than worth the price to keep this business going so that other people may find what they are looking for as well.
