Sonia was firm, demanding yet so knowledgeable and deft in her command of the room. Although a beginner I switched to her rather demanding classes. I had no idea what Iyengar was but now I am a huge huge fan. Hers is a master class, many experts and teachers attend it along with groundlings like me. I have made a lot of progress under her tutelage, now able to do decent head stands. I attend three of her four classes each week. Luckily the teacher and the style both resonate with me. Iyengar as taught by Sonia is very challenging for me yet satisfying. It leaves me feeling centered and grounded. The community is great. Everyone is dedicated to the practice and is an excellent example of how a yogi should be.

Regardless of the class you take or the instructor you have, it's a guarantee to come out feeling better than when you walked in (or signed in because they also offer online classes)! I really don't have the words to describe the shifts I get from these classes. You really have to come and experience it yourself!
