I called today August 23 to discuss and the receptionist was nasty. Will be going elsewhere. The girl who I spoke with could not be bothered. Cut me off and dismissed me even after seeing they cancelled on me. Don't waste your time here.

I am writing this review for a number of reasons. First and Foremost I can not say enough about Dr…read more Luntz and his team. I am sure one can imagine the anxiety, apprehension, and in a word "Fear" that comes over you when your Doctor tells you they recommend you undergoing a Prostate Biopsy. There is no shortage for things that immediately run through your mind and of course none of them are encouraging. When my Doctor Robert Luntz gave me the news that I needed this procedure I was that person. Dr. Luntz immediately assured me that no matter what we would deal with whatever the test revealed. Leading up to the Biopsy I could not get enough information about what this would be like. I was on the web all day and night looking for the answer I wanted to hear. I read all about all the horror stories of these Biopsies and how painful, uncomfortable and avoid them if you can. I knew Dr. Luntz was totally on top of this and I put myself in his hands and Gods. Well today was my Biopsy, I was well prepared before by Dr. Luntz's team, two day of the prescribed antibiotics, the self administered enema, and then the morning of pre-Biopsy antibiotic injection. I was ready mentally and physically because of Dr. Luntz and his team. I went into the surgical suite, prepped and Dr. Luntz took me through every part of the Biopsy step by step. I was expecting this bevy of horror show expectations from all of my online research only to be pleasantly "over the moon" pardon the pun surprised about how painless and uneventful the procedure was. Dr. Lunch and his assistant Errol were the most gentle, compassionate, reassuring professionals anyone could ask for. I went home and took it easy. I am feeling better by the minute and I would highly recommend Dr. Luntz and if anyone reading this review is on the fence about taking this procedure, do not worry and see Dr. Luntz, you will not be disappointed. I am not sure what the rating system is on Yelp or if there even is one but I would start at 10+ given 10 being the best. I would not have written this review if I did not want to first help people who are or were as anxious as I was, I am doing this to point out the skills of Dr. Luntz and hope I can get anyone that is on the fence off the fence. Morally, your both just as responsible for everything any of Tassy's current patients do! I wouldn't want that on my conscious after running into a couple of them waiting in the hall (hoping you were going to show up & open the office) the day of my appt. Let's not forget working in a doctor's office automatically makes you a mandatory reporter for the state. So they choose to run Tassy's office without him (or at least without him seeing patients) instead of reporting whatever was going on in that office to the state! You guys give him a jump start on running off? Left you to the sharks, did he? Let's hope so. Let's also hope the three of you land yourselves behind bars where you belong. I needed a fill in doctor after relocating. I thought he was a quack, but I started feeling better after a few med changes (all of you know how hard it is to get into an office in under 60-90 days) so I kept seeing him. My family said the changes were positive and I felt level. But now thats all down the drain, and I'm wonky and sick for Christmas. The three of you are a disgrace to the human race.

The front desk is very rude. Hung up on me 5x without urgently trying to get me care. I ONLY GAVE TWO STARS SO THEY CANT GET IT REMOVED. They care quality is very poor. It's all new grads here no actually head doctor or nurse or anything.

Won't go into it but after almost three days they did nothing but give her a room on the 18th floor away from everyone who could see she almost died because what they did to her. I have walked in and room her out IMMEDIATELY! know your rights!! You are ALLOWED to just WALK out!! I took her to stony brook and within minutes they told us that she was severely dehydrated, needed a blood transfusion, and was borderline septic. If she stayed one more night she would have died! ALONE! because they kick people out at 10pm
