I have made more progress in the last 3 months than I've had in 6 years. Living in pain is scary, frustrating, and debilitating. I have seen exactly 4 pain management doctors here in Texas and Dr. B is the one I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone struggling with pain. He is one of the kindest and most intelligent doctors I have ever met. He is patient, understanding, and is a very attentive listener. Always smiling, never judging, I feel safe with Dr. B. I can't say I've ever felt as safe as I do or trusted a pain management doctor the way I do with Dr. B. He is open and honest and doesn't dance around anything. His bed side manner truly is a class act. It is always a pleasant experience from check in to check out. Ashley is always smiling and ridiculously pleasant. His MA Tony, is phenomenal. I called 4 different t times to get details and next steps so I can start my road to recovery. No call backs or a sense of urgency. I finally stopped calling and went elsewhere for care and so happy that I did. 3 months later I received a phone call to check on me and I told the lady on the phone my experience and why I am no longer a patient there. She just said okay and hung up. Two of the times I called, there were roosters and barking in the background so I know their scheduling is working remote. Not a good idea with the service and whoever is doing the follow ups. I want to reach out to the doctor so he knows about his staff but I can't get a hold of him without going through the front desk. Go elsewhere!! Healthcare shouldn't be like this. AWFUL!!

Then there was a waiting period - not because of the therapist or the company but because the evaluation was at the doctor's office *for *six *weeks. The company called several times, I called and finally got a signature so we could begin ST. During that time I lost Medicaid coverage so I asked about private pay. This company has a pay per session price but a significant discount if I pay 1 full month upfront. Example - therapy sessions cost a regular price separately but if I purchase in a bundle it's half price. That means paying $700 upfront in order to get a deal by buying in bulk. That's how it works, and I was very happy with the offer. My first therapy session took time to schedule because the therapist sees other kids - not just mine. Thinking about it, I have therapy 2x/week and my therapy alone can't possibly support someone's full time employment so I know they have to see other kids, too :-) anyway the first session was about 5 to 10 minutes testing my signature app (to verify therapy and keep my signature safe), logging into the portal to see my ST evaluation, my intake packet, paperwork and where I can find my therapy notes in the future. Then my child had 20 minutes of therapy. Then the therapist stayed extra time to make sure I understood how to complete some activities on my own (without the therapist being there). After a few week I noticed my child was improving so much - I even referred a friend. Now we are getting ready to stop because we've met all of our goals. I'll miss the therapists because I know how hard they worked to give us the best progress possible. This is a very good company. They take pride in their work and do the right thing!

Fibromyalgia patient Dr Baek gives me a lot of relief with…read moremy fibromyalgia pain. The first day he took X-ray of my spinal cord and ask questions about my pain locations. I told him over 50 locations all over my body. From head to toe, from my brain to my bare feet, from my internal parts to the outside of my whole body. Dr Baek recommended that I come 6 days straight for treatment. He said he will try his best but cannot promise me but I feel confident that I will find some relief from him. I came from Alabama for treatment so I decided to schedule 13 days of treatment. I noticed a lot of relief after 7 days. 7 days through 13 days better and better. Dr adjusted my spinal cord by looking at the X-ray and by using his instrument meter. Life was desperate for me before but finally my prays finally came true for me , God finally guided me to the right clinic after so many doctors visits state wide. I feel happy and blessed. Even though my attorney stated payment was already sent, I was personally threatened with a lawsuit for money they claimed they did not received. Patients should never be placed in this position. I would advise anyone considering this office to be extremely cautious.
