I watch him go through the application page-by-page. I get finger printed and leave. A month goes by and I check my license status online. It states; application incomplete. Through an online chat, I am told a whole page is missing. How can that be since I watched the incompetent moron go through it page by page. "I don't know" is the answer I get. But you were sent a letter date Dec. 10th. Ok, WTF does that have to do with the idiot not seeing the missing page. The parrot says' I don't know. Fortunately, I caught it before the 30 day deadline because I didn't receive their letter until 5 days after going back to the office. The whole time, I got the feeling they were blaming the victim. So I can't go to work still because of their moron's mistake. I just wonder how long it would continue if he had a months pay taken out of his pocket. As a disabled individual, traveling to the office is not always feasible. On May 14, 2026, I contacted the Clearwater office and spoke with Mrs. Steins. During the call, she repeatedly interrupted me, spoke in a dismissive manner, and implied that I was being dishonest regarding prior contact with the office. Specifically, when I referenced a previous visit to the Drew Street office on December 8, 2025, at approximately 11:00 a.m., she responded, "That's funny because it's not documented." I did, in fact, visit the Drew Street office on December 8, 2025. The in-person staff at that location have consistently treated me with professionalism, kindness, and respect, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I strongly encourage Social Security to review and audit phone interactions for professionalism and consistency in the information being provided. Like other post offices they sell shipping supplies. So was able to buy a book to ship some books home. Postal clerk was nice. But man, US Ground advantage is so expensive. The building was clean, stately, & easy to find your way around. The offices & staff were friendly & helpful. For traffic night court in a small city it had many more people than I have ever seen in Tampa. Per usual, many officers did not show up & those cases were dismissed. I was lucky...my officer showed up & was not going to let the matter drop. The judge was GREAT! He explained everything in detail & really listened to each case individually & in my humble opinion made fair & accurate assessments. What's a girl to do? Sometimes you need to fight for justice & win!
