It is volunteer run, but I don't feel like that gives an excuse! They had a good selections of beer which were decently priced. I opted to go with a small group so we had the opportunity to meet new people. I have made so many friends and made tons of fun memories. It is a great way to meet new people in the area and also get some exercise (I mostly just enjoy the social part)! They have plenty of options when it comes to sports and they are continuing to grow. When all is said and done it comes down to about $10 a week and you get a tshirt. I played soccer and kickball, both times signing up as a "free agent" in a small group with a few friends. My small group was then added to a team. I was nervous to sign up initially, but having games as the center and an "after party" at a partnering bar makes it easy get some exercise, make some friends, and get out and about. My only complaint was a lack of referees at the games- I'm just there for fun but some people can take things a little to serious... such is life I suppose.

Drinks are cheap and good. Patrons are friendly and welcoming. Drink options are smoewhat limited and the beer list is definitely not craft, but I'm sure you can find something. There is a great outdoor bar that serves beer and a restaurant that serves your basic bar type foods. We did not eat at Hidden Ego, but did enjoy the bar. I love that they a local brewery's beer on tap. There is plenty of outdoor tables and seating. Service was super friendly. I believe that open volleyball starts at 3pm. When we arrived at that time we were the only ones there, but the place was packed by the evening. This was great place to hang out with friends and get some exercise too!
