She's the only one in the office and allows just one family at a time so it's nice to get the privacy and it's great to know you're not going to "get stuck" só to speak with a different phlebotomist who is less experienced. I hope this review helps any parents in the nearby area who dreads the blood drawing as much as the children. There's a labcorp just 6 minutes from my home and I still choose to drive the 20 minutes to see Eva. I hope Eva gets the recognition from Labcorp because I am telling you, she deserves it.

Their billing department is an absolute nightmare. They billed our insurance wrong for a procedure…read morethat was covered and then years later hired a debt collection company to go after the money that should have been paid by insurance. After that mess got straightened out and the bill got correctly submitted to insurance and we paid the balance owed to the debt collector, they are now trying to bill us for the money that we already paid to the debt collector that they hired. I would not recommend going here unless you want year of financial headaches to follow.

Every time I go, I'm treated with respect and some times with a smiling face from the greeting at the reception area to the technicians. The technicians have all been great so far. One thing I'm not so crazy about is that I have to fill out paperwork every time I have to go there. Within one week I went for a MRI and X-Rays and both times I had to fill out the paperwork. I was told that's their procedure and even if I went somewhere else they are pretty sure that I would have to do the same. I do recommend CDI, there is plenty of parking spaces and easy to get to.
