When I asked what was done to clean, the person on the counter told me they didn't know. And when I asked if they could ask in the back, they said they couldn't. I asked if I could get a discount since my dress looks exactly the same from when I brought it in, I was told there isn't a discount. I was pretty disappointed when my questions weren't answered especially since I'm paying $20 for nothing.

I also asked if you could pay in advance to which the person I spoke with started to say no, then she said yes but that it would take 5 mons because she would have to go to the back. Funny thing is she was able to tell me how much it would cost to have mens pants cleaned and pressed and shirts laundered. Yet they dont put this on your ticket. It's also noted that the "customer service" rep I spoke with got me off the phone asap. I still cant recommend spending money here.

The employee and I walked to the shelf, but what she thought was a monitor, wasn't. So she called her manager to ask if they had the monitor in stock and the manager climbed a ladder to the top shelf across the store and found the monitor. I was happy that they had one in stock. I was the only customer in the store. I don't know how these stores are keeping their doors open. Anyway, they were fast and friendly and they had what I needed. Recommend!

This was honestly the worst TSA PreCheck experience I've ever had. The employee was rude and…read moreargumentative before I had even said hello. She was not helpful, friendly, or welcoming, and every interaction felt unnecessarily difficult. At one point, another employee actually had to step in and tell her to stop because her customer service was inappropriate. Even when she was attempting to help, her attitude came across as condescending and as if she needed to argue about everything rather than simply assist. I understand that working with the public can be frustrating, but there is no reason for a customer to be treated this way. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return to this location for TSA PreCheck and would not recommend it to others.
