Once they called me back it took days to get an estimate. In the meantime I found Triangle Sound Service. Brooks called me back quickly like within 20-30 min. He asked me a few questions about the event, the DJ equipment and desired set up and I had an estimate 10 min later. The day of the event, he confirmed again, showed up at the time agreed. He set up the table & equipment and reviewed functioning with my DJ. He returned at the agreed pick up time as well. Everything went perfectly.

Contacted and was told they would send the correct one and will email me a RMA to send back old one. 3 weeks passed no lens. Called and was informed they emailed me the rma and was waiting on the lens to arrive back before sending new one. I had no email. Sat on phone and sent an email to then from 7 different email accounts none went through. Finally got the rma sticker in June. Now 6 month from the original time. The tracking number confirms delivery 4 weeks ago as of tomorrow's date today was informed that Panasonic does not have the lens and now will issued a refund. We will see...

After not hearing from me for a bit since I was sorting out funding, I received an email from their rentals guy who said only, "Is this dead?" Many of their emails were one sentence (or even one word). 2. It felt like it took a lot of work on my end to get the equipment. They didn't alert me to the fact that I hadn't sent them correct credit card info until I called up two days after we had agreed that the items would be delivered. It's a good thing I had the equipment set to be delivered a week early. 3. Had to call multiple times to get information about my reimbursement. I ended up getting the money on time but no notification that my shipment had arrived or that they had started processing my reimbursement. Total of two stars because I eventually got all of the equipment I needed on time, and did get my money back, but had to actively ask for information from them about my order every step of the way. Save yourself the hassle and rent from someone else if you can. Edit: Got an email from them. I'm glad they read their yelp reviews! Maybe they'll improve their customer service from here on out. Edit: They keep emailing me about this review! Okay okay, the first draft had an inaccuracy about the credit cards. So I guess complaint number 4 is that if you leave a bad review for them on yelp they'll hound you about making sure it's correct instead of just posting a rebuttal.
