I reached out to Shauna who quickly confirmed my appointment. I was in disbelief that getting a ride could be so simple so I called her to the next morning, just in case. She confirmed the service and let me know that she would be downstairs at my hotel at the appointed time. Sure enough, when I came down, Shauna was right there. Her ride was clean and comfortable with a quality guard installed for additional health precautions. We engaged in light banter and Shauna got me to my destination safely and on time. I will be using Sleek Shuttle Service from now on for my Memphis trips.

Despite the fact there was a marathon going through the downtown area, right past the hotel at the time, the driver got us to the attraction in a timely manner. My ambivalent review of 3 stars is due to a miscommunication regarding the fare (which may have been on my part, not the driver's). I am certain he'd said we'd paid the full round-trip fare to and from Graceland and the hotel upon our arrival, and he gave us his card so we could call him directly when we were ready to return. I was asked to pay the same amount as the couple with whom I'd shared the ride, which I thought was odd but as the price seemed reasonable for a round-trip, I didn't question it and I added a 20% gratuity to the amount requested. I was not actually with the other couple so we did not stay together during the tour, and I didn't leave when they did. When I arrived back at the hotel I was asked for the same fare and I was puzzled. When I questioned the driver he then waived the fare but I insisted on paying it anyway as I did not want to deprive him of his livelihood if the mistake was mine. However, I did not add a tip this time.

The following day, I received a text from them stating that there were some damages in the amount of $475 du to a tv being knocked off, protective glass broken, and wires that fell down. I told him I'd work with the other parents to collect money for the damages and would let him know once I had collected it. On Wednesday, before I told him he could charge me, he attempted to run my card again. What is alarming by this is that I never gave him my card information again. This means that he stored my card number, expiration date, AND CVV code. I never gave permission to store my card information and by law, he should not be storing my CVV code on file.
