My husband would call him several times and I had never used my number to contact him, so I decided to give him a call and lo and behold magically he could respond when he was radio silent to my husband. He even threatened to report me and my texts to the bank, which is hilarious because he would just be doing me a favor of displaying his incompetence and saving me the time of complaining about him to the bank which we did anyways.
