There were some repairs that needed to be made per the underwriters but once those were handled everything was smooth sailing. This review is towards the Pompano Beach FL office…read more I worked there close to two months. At least 4-5 people left/fired when I was there. At one point, I was the only one working in the office. I even worked on Saturday on my personal day off to bring applications and showing management, I went out of my way and how much I cared for me and the office. I took easy 300-350 calls a day from the dialer. The leads are worn out and are garbage!!! They have no good leads here. But I stuck it out because I thought my manager believed in me and made me feel like all I was going to make a difference there. In almost two months I had over 200-300 applications out and check this out!! I had over 50-60 denials + refusals from the customers because they didn't like the finance terms. That's way beyond my control if I'm working on a dialer like a War Machine and clients have skeletons in the closet or don't like the finance terms! Yesterday, I conveyed my concern Larry, the manager who at one point was the best manager I worked for. But the Italian beast came out when I asked him where my standing was as I've had many denials and one for 35k which was my last hope but went with a bank. Again, I showed that I cared after working my keister there for nothing being used for $1500-$2000 a week. Like any serious profesional, I showed my concern about my job....and like the song from KISS.....ALL HELL'S BREAKING LOOSE!!!!! I was yelled at and screamed at and told "I don't have the time to baby sit a grown man". The manager induced me to a panic attack and I communicated that I will be back tomorrow to continue as usual. He replied "I don't know about that". I was a team leader/manager once and we're supposed to support, encourage your employees even if they're not making it yet. Not bring them down. So after way much thought, I resigned with class. With a nice resignation letter. When someone raises his voice, tells you at high decibels "Let's end this right now". You think you want to be back?? Once you've been disrespected like that, all levels of trust have been lost and there's no way I'll feel comfortable with a manager with an explosive personality. Their turn over is unreal and the manager is nice to you at the beginning. But if you don't bring deals, you're in the wrong place. Sales is not an Oreo cookie factory and believe me...I'm a work beast!! One week I didn't take lunch or break at. Is not my fault, I did all I could and ended up treated below garbage!!!!! So I left at the end like James Bond 007. No matter how much money you have or don't have, employees should be treated with respect and the attention they deserve for their concerns!
