I refuse to give CCI a decent rating because the 'gentleman' I seemed to get whenever I called the…read moreDanbury, CT office was never decent to me. I know the difference compassionate and supportive financial assistance vs what I experienced every single time I contacted CCI over a span of about 2+ years. You see, I contracted with a debt management program 3 years ago. Like many, my debt was medical. I was retired on a fixed income and recently widowed. I know the difference between compassionate assistance and the customer service I received from the same guy at CCI. I have been waiting to hear back from CCI regarding taking a lesser amount in one payment in order to end my relationship with CCI. I never knew that could be an option until my doctor's office sent me a letter offering 30% off my balance if I payed in full. Of course I did! I called CCI to request the same thing and that guy said he would discuss with his manager and get back to me. He never did! Instead, he sent my debt to a credit report! I just checked my rating and it went up (awesome), however, I also noticed that CCI submitted my medical debt (2) $188 charges. On top of that, I had a couple of conversations with that guy about the charges. He KNEW I was investigating the charges and like I said, he was going to discuss my offer in compromise with his manager. Next thing I know, those two $188 medical charges were on my credit report! Imagine my shock! I am livid and feeling completely confused and concerned about my ever improving credit score. I'm shocked actually. I'm pretty sure I am going to go to CCI's office for a face to face with that guy and his manager. He needs a different job. He was so blasé and mean spirited every time I spoke with him over 2+ years which actually, was about 4 times. In the meantime, I am only 1 payment away from paying off $15,000 to MMI. CCI was actually one of my creditors listed with MMI. I got a letter from them telling me my debt portion to CCI had a ZERO balance. I wanted written verification from CCI and contacted them for what I thought would be the last time. NOPE! That guy was happy to tell me that I had those two medical debt payments to make. I'm making yet another phone call to CCI to ask why they decided to refer me to a credit report AFTER I called them to make an offer in compromise and why they never contacted me. Fingers crossed for some kind of help!

However price went up no explanation was made or notice . And that wasn't the problem but for first time My father needed a service on His car after a problem on his car on high way when his car had mechanical issue. We have the tow service with out policy not only bad response on the phone in more than 5 phone calls but also each phone call was for over 30 min and every time was different response however my father stayed on the highway up till 4.30 am on the high way in cold weather and no heat in the car. So I go 4.30 am to pick him up and leave car on the side of the high way. Keep in mind that they said some one on the way since 7 pm and 9 hours after still no one showed up. And even 24 hours after still no one came to pick up the car then we had to pay over 300 to tow the car throw privet company. And even no truck showed up from the Koritko group they said they only will cover $75 for the towing . I'm in shopping for new insurance for my self and father auto and home. I would not risk my house to be covered by this group. I don't know them but my mortgage broker recommended them at the time I bought my house. And just like he did send me to this group but I will make sure to not have this happen again and will Share my experience with my clients and advice them to switch and never to refer any one to this group. They didn't even call or try to do any thing about their mess. DO NOT SIGN WOTH THEM PLEASE. Your KIDS WIFE OLD FATHER AND MOTHER. Not SAFE .
