However the policy documentation/binder they provided me and my mortgage company says otherwise. Tried numerous times to resolve this in a professional manner without success. Staff were extremely rude and disrespectful especially senior sales rep Janet Ruiz. I have all documentation to prove my side of the story so I reported them to the state insurance fraud department for providing me a false/fictitious binder and they are being investigated. (Maybe it's the new lexus or the vacations abroad that got my paycheck instead) I stopped working for Helki after working amd being unpaid (NOT A DIME) for two months. At the time that I quit on august 6 2019 she owed me $2074.00 after working for her weekly for months, she still owes me $582. She attempted to defraud the DOL & government by manipulating the hours I worked to "appear" fully paid, but I have proof of all my work done and thankfully kept very solid records of all the work I did for her. If you MUST do business with Helki, be very careful and do ALL the paperwork. She successfully lied to the government and willingly stole an entire month of wages from a little girl trying to start a family and because of the financial torture that Helki put my family through, we have been struggling to pay bills and continue our way of life. This business and its owner deeply hurt me mentally psychologically and financially ~ she knowingly and purposefully withheld my wages so that she could profit from my loss, and her malicious actions have caused me deep emotional suffering and broken my trust absolutely.
