Since I was in high school I've believed that my breasts didn't match the rest of my body. I've always been a thick girl, but my breasts were small and not round and I told myself that if they didn't increase after I had kids I would seriously consider plastic surgery when I got older. Unfortunately, this was one of the few areas I did not take after my mother and, after having two kids and breastfeeding both, my breasts stayed the same size. Even after gaining 100 pounds over my life time (Lord, help me) everything got bigger except my breasts. In early 2018 I made my first visit to see Dr. White. I had seen him in various magazines listed as one of the best doctors in the country for plastic surgery, and if I'm going to make this type of decision I want no one but the best cutting me open. My partner came to the appointment with me and we sat and watched a video regarding the different procedures and Dr. White's approach and I knew by the end of the video I was going to need a breast lift prior to the augmentation. Sure enough, Dr. White did some measurements and let me know a breast lift would be ideal. I then met with Jazmin who took her time explaining to me how the procedures would go and the cost associated with each. The lift was much more than the augmentation so I decided to put them both on hold. Fast forward a year and I got engaged in Jan 2019 and decided I wanted to have both procedures before I walked down the aisle so I could flaunt my new friends, whom I have nicknamed Eboni and Ivori. The staff at Dr. White's office could not have made things easier for me. They are so patient, and kind and answered any and all question I had. You get a plethora of materials, but they go through it all with you during your appointments so you can ask questions in person. During each visit they treated me like I was a friend, always laughing and joking with me and helping put me at ease. Dr. White is the ultimate professional. He cares so much about his patients and his work that you know you (and your substantial amount of money) are in excellent hands! During our conversations Dr. White made sure to set very realistic expectations and took care to give me tips to minimize scarring, which is almost non-existent at this point. I couldn't be happier with my results. I'll warn anyone thinking about doing this that you will absolutely go through the emotional roller coaster Dr. White talks about. I went from beginning excited, to being in so much pain that I regretted my decision to wishing I had done it sooner - all within the span of a week. Dr. White did a great job choosing the size of my augmentation so that they look completely natural. I went from a B to a DD and no one has ever asked me if I had my breasts done because the new breast size works for my body size. I don't know how he does it, but the man is a magician. I feel more confident in my clothes and can run around without a bra on due to the lift, although I don't do that very often because I don't want them to start sagging again. If you are thinking about doing ANY type of plastic surgery I highly recommend you see Dr. White. During that appointment, the doctor agreed that there had been no change. Instead of discussing a revision, he discouraged it and tried to push a tummy tuck at his private practice. I later spoke with Yaritza about receiving a full refund, and she said she would need approval from her District Supervisor, Erin Petty. A week went by with no update, so I called back and was informed that I could not get a refund!! I requested Erin's email. I emailed her and several others on November 5, 2025 and I still have not received a response. I've reached out to Yaritza three times since then, and she has not replied either. This company pressures you into getting the procedure, promises results, and then completely fails to deliver. They think it's acceptable to keep your $10,000 without addressing the harm that was caused or the fact that the procedure produced no results at all. I will not rest until this issue is rectified!! Dr. Schwartz was very knowledgeable, confiden on the subject and has a good eye. I trusted him to know what would look best on me.  The recovery was much easier than I had imagined it to be, thanks to the technique Dr. Schwartz used (there was very little down time and very little pain, if any). He also really listens to what you want and studies your inspo photos carefully to make sure you get the results you asked for. The process was very easy and everything happened really quickly. I had been researching surgeons and booked consults with three different doctors. Two were referrals and Dr. Schwartz I found on my own. Consultation day was wonderful. Everyone at RS Plastics did an excellent job in making me feel comfortable and confident about booking with Dr. Schwartz. I originally went in requesting a tummy tuck and breast lift/reduction. After about 30 minutes of conversation, Dr. Schwartz had me convinced I could reduce my breast size without a lift to achieve my desired results. I wasn't at all concerned about the scarring, but thought if I could reduce my size to a C with a less invasive surgery that was the way to go. Surgery day came and went and I waited a full 8 months hoping my results would somehow change as I continued to heal. They did not. I am still in the same bra size with more sag than before. My right breast now comes to a rounded point and is noticeably lower than the left. The scarring around my belly button and mid tuck has left me feeling more insecure than ever. I voiced my concerns to Dr. Schwartz and was told if I were to do a lift and reduction in size my breasts would be concave. He also told me since I wanted to avoid scarring I couldn't go any smaller. As I mentioned earlier, I originally went in wanting a lift and had no concerns about scarring. As far as my belly button, he said he had no control over how I healed. His solution was to schedule another procedure for a breast lift, he'd wave the surgeon fee and attempt to comp the implant. Another surgery would cost thousands and I had already invested thousands trusting in the outcome. I left the office feeling angry and disappointed. I have decided not to return to Dr. Schwartz for another procedure. I have consulted with another surgeon who assured me my breasts in no way would be concave. Unfortunately, I'm left with the bellybutton and uneven scarring from my tummy tuck. They will fade over time and I can hopefully reduce the raised scarring. After having three children and saving up for a procedure that was supposed to give me my confidence back, saying I'm disappointed would be a HUGE understatement. I contemplated what to write so many times. I hope this review helps guide other women in their search to find the right surgeon. All I can do is be honest about my experience and allow others to do with it what they will. I will attach photos of my tummy tuck results.

She knows what she's doing, and she knows she knows what she's doing. This confidence made me trust her. And I'm glad I did! That oxygen facial is what my skin craved.
