I cannot recommend Craig Paulson highly enough!…read more I was going through a very challenging personal situation when I started my apartment search, and Craig treated me with immense kindness, empathy, and respect from day one. He went above and beyond to show me a lovely apartment in Brooklyn--complete with a private backyard--owned by a wonderful mother-and-son landlord team. But what truly set Craig apart was his dedication: he was quick in responding to communications and stuck with me through the entire application process, guiding me through every detail until the keys were in my hand. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care turned a stressful time into a successful move. I am incredibly grateful for everything he did for me. If you need a real estate broker who is not only dedicated and sharp but truly cares about his clients as human beings, look no further than Craig Paulson!

The pictures and description of the apartment were spot on (something which is not always the case) and the entire process was clearly explained. I've switched apartments five times while living in New York and working with Scott was my best broker experience, he truly listens to your needs and finds the perfect place that checks all boxes. My appreciation for Scott grew even more when I was approved for the apartment and learned that Scott would be the apartment manager. Anytime I had a question about the apartment (even trivial things like holiday gift expectations from the building doorman and staff), Scott was there to provide support and guidance. I have the highest respect for Scott and would recommend him to anyone searching for an apartment.

Very mediocre unenthused service. While I bought with broker Joe B. here years ago with high…read moresatisfaction, I can't say the same of broker Peter H. who gave very very diffident, obviously dismissive service regarding merely submitting an offer. I viewed the property last Sunday and have come to expect such viewing brokers to know nothing about the property which I quickly confirmed by asking about the property condition about which he knew not. It's my customary smoke/litmus test of their knowledge of the property and thus whether they care thus whether they're trustworthy and whether I should trim costs to account for non-trustworthy sales pitches. A mere day later, I called asking for the offer submission method as every broker and their attached office is a bit different about paperwork. I could totally sense he was so totally dismissive as he said that $720k was too low. He said he'd verbally edited it to the stated max of $740k if he ever presented the offer to the seller even though my form wouldn't reflect such a number. I later that day submitted an offer via his emailed JotForm, an online PDF filling service. I called to say I'd done so and to ask whether to expect a response. He said he'd present the offers thusfar that day and so later that evening he'd tell me how to proceed with other offers I'd put on hold for this one. He said nothing that evening, as expected as his word isn't credible, so the next day I called to be sure and he said oh yes of course he didn't really do anything but to expect a no. What kind of a lazy broker says that? To be yet more sure, I quickly edited the JotForm to rescind the offer. I'll send the fixed 3% commissions to another selling broker as my best response.
