We also have a staff of 50ish college aged kids so needless to say, our business gets pretty gross in the hot summer. At first, we were a little worried we would scare Blessed Cleaning and More off. We've had cleaning company's in the past that have failed us because the task at hand was too much. We gave Blessed Cleaning and More a day to work magic and we are still in awe of how clean the place is. They went above and beyond, cleaning everything even BEHIND OUR TVS that have never seen the light of day, organized our chaos, and left no stone unturned or uncleaned. Staff was amazed coming in to work the next day. The place smells 10x better. We are so grateful for Blessed Cleaning and More and will continue business with them again and again. They dropped residue on the floor and burned places in the floor. They also damaged a hutch and knocked a hole in the wall at the same time. We had broken dishes, scarred, furniture, and worst of all the manager refused to talk to us for a long time. It was a nightmare of a move and we have moved several times. A few things were eventually repaired but not everything like the ceramic angels from our mothers' funerals that were beheaded. They were triple bubble wrapped and also wrapped withh other packing material and nothing else was in the box with them. There was too much damage to write here.

3/19/26 update. Just had my 4th roofer out to see what's going on with my roof and gutters. Atech…read moreaka Darrel and Tammy installed a smaller section of my roof changing from a rubber membrane to metal to tie to my existing metal roof. The metal was installed backwards causing the water to puddle and run in wrong directions and now I have extensive wood rot in only 2 years. Back to the gutter issues. Just learned the drip edge that is suppose to be inside the gutter was installed above the gutter by inches. That is why the water runs behind my gutters. I won't know the amount of wood they have caused to rot because of this until the new work is done. I paid for them to ruin my house. 3/2/26 update. I have contacted Tammy many times and she has read my message and hasn't responded one time. I just sent a picture that I included below that this is what my gutters are doing all over and they're leaking behind and they will not do anything about it. I paid them top dollar for these Gutters and they are absolute garbage. The gutter guards they put on are trash, they're crooked, they don't even lineup and they overhang, causing more leaks. Anyone who is thinking about hiring them, should come look at my job first. 02/26/26 another update. My expensive gutters are leaking all behind the gutters. I should've left my old gutters because now the money I spent I'm just rotting my facia away. I tried to go with the local company, but you have no recourse with these fly by night workers. I ran into Darell, the owners dad and employee and he said he would be right out to fix their bad work. Guess what, he never came. I suggest staying clear of this company. Original review: I hired Atech roofing & gutters 142 Hidden Valley Dr Dandridge 865-307-7141. I hired them based on their reviews and wanted to give the small company business. They did my gutters first and there was some major problems that they did come back but it's still not fixed. I have leaks in the corners where they forgot to caulk. The gutter guards overhang creating over flows. They also replaced a section of the metal roof and the metal is leaning the wrong way causing leaks. I also paid them to add ridge cap foam to my metal roof. I had no leaks but after their work the leaks started. I called them and they would never return my calls. I took pictures of the bad roof work. They either missed areas of foam or put the foam in the wrong places creating gaps. They were also supposed to change to new screws but put the old ones back in. I would never recommend them. I had to pay another roofer to fix the ridge cap foam so it cost me twice. They are also extremely difficult to reach after they are paid.

We contacted this business in order to get a quote for cleaning the ductwork in our home. Grant…read morecame out to our home a couple hours later to explain their processes and prices. I was pleased with what I heard and made an appointment with him for the next morning. Grant showed up on time and did a great and thorough job while performing his services. He took live videos and showed us all the issues with the ductwork that needed repairs. After he completed the work our home had a nice refreshing fragrance throughout and the ductwork was cleaned to our satisfaction. I even put our home on a yearly schedule before he left.
