He shows me on the xrays what he's talking about and explains his plan of action. I have also had to have two kids put under with general anesthesia to fix teeth. It's a super emotional experience for me as a parent, but he was really comforting. I also have not been the best with some of my kids' teeth and he has never been judgmental or condemning. We have also been self-pay this whole time and his office always gives us a discount. Dr. Lund also gave us a HUGE discount on one of my boys' work because it was so much. (He was a late talker and he was also holding milk in his mouth, and I didn't realize how much damage he had done.) Dr. Lund is really such a kind, generous person. His staff are also amazing. The front office people are so friendly and very thorough. And we love all of the assistants as well. They have always been so kind and shown interest in my children, which has helped my kids feel really comfortable. This is such a great office and Dr. Lund is an awesome dentist.

Awful experience here. I had some fillings that were done and I had warned the dentist that I…read morestruggle getting numb and I ended up having to get 8 shots in my mouth before I was finally numb enough for him to do them. Afterwards, I was having really bad nerve pain, I couldn't chew anything on either side of my mouth and waited 2 weeks like they said to. after the holidays I called and they were able to get me in to check the fillings. 2 out of the 4 were not bonded to the tooth and one of them was a maybe. They fixed 2 and wanted to wait on the other and see if it 'felt better'. within 24 hours I knew one of the ones that was 'fixed' wasn't. the pain was way worse than it was before. I couldn't eat or drink and was scared to do so because the pain was so bad. I called first thing Monday morning, was told they would call me back, they didn't and I had to call right before they closed. The gal at the front desk answered "Hi Kylee, lets get you scheduled" like she was very annoyed. They wouldn't get me in for a week and a half for a problem they caused even after I explained I couldn't eat or drink due to pain, I felt very dismissed and like they didn't believe me. I found another dentist that was able to get me in the next day to do an exam. 1 of the ones the dentist 'fixed' and the one he wanted to 'wait on' both were not bonded to my tooth and that new dentist redid them. There were air bubbles in both fillings. He was able to get me numb first try after I explained I had a hard time getting numb and I was pain free the next day and could eat just fine. Since I went to another dentist, and insurance only covers the replacement of a same filling after 2 years I had to pay for everything Out of pocket again at this new dentist and have spent way more than I should have had to. do not go here. Terrible dentistry and terrible service.

The front desk receptionist is great and so was the dental assistant. Both of them were very friendly to my kids. When the dentist came in the whole vibe changed. He started looking in my son's mouth and used a laser to look for cavities. He claimed he found 4 cavities and suggested crowns are best for long term. Instantly my gut was telling me this wasn't right. He never showed me what teeth had the cavities or even the x rays to show me where they were. I ended up taking my son to a different office to get a second opinion. They found NO cavities and said no work was needed. I couldn't believe it! Please trust your gut or get a second opinion anyways with this office. I'm so happy I got a second opinion and didn't put my son through unnecessary pain. We won't be returning.
