It disappointed me to learn that Affinity limits non-member activity to an ATM card station as opposed to allowing their tellers to handle deposits and withdrawals. Of course, someone has to explain all this to first time non-Affinity member visitors and a tall, well-dressed young fellow, polite and patient, walked me through the steps as I deposited a check and withdrew cash. He represented Affinity well. Still, I resent that Affinity puts a teller out of work by forcing non-members to use the ATM station. So I rate Affinity three stars, averaging the one star for replacing a teller with an ATM station and the five stars for the Affinity teller who did such a good job helping me figure out the ATM.
