Came here in search of a new doctor. I had seen positive reviews on several sites about Dr. Patrick…read moreBrennan. When I called I was told he was not accepting any new patients. There is another doctor there, Dr Jennifer Burlingame so I made appointments for my son and myself. ( I cannot find any reviews on her as of this date) My sons first appointment was made for 3:00 but the day beforehand I was called and they moved his appointment to 3:40. When we arrived at 3:30 we were told that we had missed his appointment and since the office is a "very busy" one that he could not be seen. I told her how we had been called and told the time for the appointment had been changed and for her to just forget it and to also cancel the appointment I had for the following week. She said then that he could be seen. So we sat and waited.. and waited. We waited 25 minutes in outside waiting room and then another 35 minutes in the back. It was over an hour to see the doctor. I thought it would be better for my appointment. I got there just before 2:00 for my 2:20 appointment. The outside doors are locked from 1:00 until 2:00 for lunch. I thought.. wonderful... since I was first inside and had an appointment just after lunch. surely my wait would be minimum. There was only one other patient waiting who came in after I did. The other patient was called back first and then I was called after. At 2:40 my son texted to see what the hold up was. The doctor showed up just after 3:00. Visit with doctor was about 10 minutes. Third trip was better with only about 20 minutes of a wait for my son, it was a just after lunch appointment as well. The doctor seems very nice but my first rating will be in the middle and is most influenced at this time by the long waits. As we have more interactions with the doctor I will edit/update my review.

I've tried many different doctors offices to find a fit that worked and this is the place. The staff has always been welcoming, professional, courteous and helpful. She started having issue at work after 15 years with the same employer. I went with her for the first time 3 years ago and he confirmed she has Alzheimer's. Dr. Sherrar was kind and very informative with both my mother and I!! The doctor truly knows my mom she is not just a number like some doctor offices. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Micah Sherrar!! We want ppl to know there are AMAZING doctors out there!! Dr. Sherrar recommended a neurologist which we were ok with until Covid. The neurologist office was in Providence Hospital and due to my mother not being vaccinated we were not comfortable coming in and requested a virtual appointment. The neurologist office refused to do a virtual appointment so we changed to Dr. Vijaykumar who has a small 2 clinic room office in Canton, MI. Between Dr. Micah Sherrar and Dr. Vijaykumar they hand their staff have made understanding this disease, treatment plans and what to do next extremely STRESS-FREE and WORRY-FREE!! THANK YOU DR. Micah Sherrar

I specifically asked if I should be concerned about a concussion and Dr. Ali said no, I did not need to worry and did not examine me in any way to determine if I had a concussion. After having concussion symptoms for two weeks after the fall, I went to my primary care doctor and was diagnosed with post-concussion syndrome. The worst part is that I had to undergo surgery on my wrist several days after the fall and had to be put under anesthesia. Because I was not aware of the concussion at the time, I did not let the surgeon know. I am not sure of the long-term effects being under anesthesia with a concussion will have as I am still experiencing significant concussion symptoms which are affecting my daily life. Would not recommend this doctor.

I sat for a half hour while two people were treated when I noticed a TV displaying names-I had a one hour wait as I was a 'walk in.' Two internet scheduled appointments were 15 minutes and half hour ahead of me but not yet present. No one even acknowledged my presence as I waited. After 45 minutes and only seeing the two people prior to me, I left. Illnesses not not allow for scheduling appointments. I received better treatment at the local gas station and CVS pharmacist. That has to be the worst experience I have had. It quantifies the term "Health Care Industry." In summary, if you are sick, go to another Urgent Care facility. Or, if your illness allows, schedule an appointment.

If you're looking for real, long-term recovery help--look elsewhere…read more This place profits off people's pain and does the bare minimum to look like they're helping. Don't waste your time, money, or hope here. This facility is a complete disappointment and an insult to anyone truly trying to break free from addiction. They claim to offer a "holistic approach to treatment," but that's nothing more than a buzzword to dress up the fact that they throw every patient on Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) from day one--regardless of individual needs or withdrawal process. They immediately medicate you with antidepressants, anxiety meds, and sleeping pills--not for your benefit, but to make their lives easier. It's about sedation, not healing. They don't want to deal with real withdrawal or recovery symptoms, so they numb you into submission. You end up dependent on a new cocktail of substances instead of being guided to true sobriety. They talk about "providing a safety net to prevent relapse," but what they really offer is a Band-Aid approach: temporary relief, no real transformation, and absolutely no preparation for life outside their walls. There is zero individualized care, no meaningful long-term recovery planning, and no effort to set you up for success once you leave. Their version of treatment is a cookie-cutter mix of group therapy, nutrition tips, and some yoga or art. That's not what most addicts need. What addicts do need is structure, accountability, time, and a personalized plan that supports physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. They need real-world tools and support to become healthy, self-sufficient, and truly sober--not more medications and a pat on the back. Choose somewhere that actually wants to see you recover.
