I met with Carla Morey P.A. for my initial visit and I could not have imagined a more kind and attentive care provider. She listened and made eye contact and was very engaged. So amazing in this day & age. The woman who answers the phone was so great, I can't remember her name, Melissa or Marissa, or it rhymed with that, sorry! I was running late due to a dead battery and I was expecting to be told if I was more than 15minutes late that I would have to reschedule! BUT INSTEAD, she said please be safe, drive carefully and not to worry. Wow, what a good person and her voice is so pleasant and reassuring. I am so impressed. I am so happy this is where I will be getting care.

The people at the front desk have always been polite and welcoming to me. The staff has always treated me well. My PA, Julie Bogden, is wonderful. I find that if I schedule an early appointment I am usually seen more quickly. If your appointment is after eleven o'clock you may find yourself waiting for some time before you see the doctor. Emergencies happen and patients sometimes take more time than expected. But they don't rush you through and they have always treated me well.

Prior to this event the last few visits the doctor seemed to mistake him for someone else and couldn't remember any of his medical history and had to be reminded of all of that. Maybe consult the chart before walking into the patient's room so you can have a knowledgeable conversation. Follow Up: called the office to say "look, I really feel like I need some help and can I talk to the doctor for a minute?". Office staff said come on in.
