Jenn & Barbara greet you by name and do not overbook appointments, so you have minimal wait time. Desiree not only remembers your last visit, she will even remember your children's names and ask about them. She has a light touch with the dental tools, too! Dr. Makowski takes time to speak with you before he examines your teeth, and is very observant and conservative with any dental work that needs to be completed. Took my 4 children, (11, 9, 5, 2) to dentist. As always, the front staff greeted us with smiles. Took kids two at a time and kindly kept an eye on the ones waiting. I enjoy catching up on the lives of the hygienists, as they seem interested in our family's lives as well. My 2 year old had no problems at first dental visit, and we were able to get panoramic pics of 5 year old who was scared of the machine last time. Dr. Makowski is always kind and keeps us informed about dental health. He has never pushed unnecessary dental work. Staff is almost like family. The Staff at Providence Dental are top notch, always smiling and super friendly. We found them because our previous dentist couldn't squeeze my husband in before a business trip (he had a cracked tooth) so we called Providence Dental and they saw him the next day. They had us at Hello!!! And, Dr. Jason Makowski has (what I call) "madd skills", you will not feel anything!!! Would highly recommend to anyone. I normally hated going to the dentist but 8 years ago we found Providence Dental Group. It is close to our house! Also, the staff & hygentists are great! Dr. Makowski is very gentle & straight forward...never tries to push more expensive dental treatments, just what is needed!
