After talking to Eileen and Donna they made me feel more at ease and assured me I was in good hands with Dr Nary. Dr Nary kept me informed during the procedure at all times and if he sensed I was in discomfort he would ask and made sure I DID NOT feel any pain. He did a wonderful job! Several months now after having the work done and the crown and the affected area is doing great. I would recommend FDH of Villa any time. Dr Nary and the ladies there are great.

When I returned six months later for my next cleaning, I was informed I had a balance which I paid without questions. Later, the insurance /billing manager informed me that she had made a mistake and that they were not in network with my insurance company. My dental cleanings should have been at zero dollars out-of-pocket. Lena asked me if I would be willing to pay 50% and said she would refund 50% of my previous payment. Each time I've called over the last four months asking about the refund check, Lena has an excuse why it has not been mailed. I now feel that I was lied to and that the practice is never going to provide the 50% refund that Lena negotiated with me. As I understand, the reason that she made the initial mistake is that she didn't know that insurance coverage is based on the name of the dentist, not the name or address of the practice. (I didn't know this either and relied on the dental practice's advice). That aside, they provide excellent dental care and cleaning -- both the dentists and hygienists I have seen are excellent. As someone who has been through a bunch of dental stuff (palatal expander, braces, extraction surgery, etc.), I come in with quite a bit of anxiety. I still shake a little bit when getting work done, but I actually do not mind going to the dentist now! The whole team is fabulous, from the front door to the back offices. I'm going to assume that Dr. Enfinger and Rhonda are the best people ever, since they have been for me. That being said, I just had a filling done today by Dr. Amati and its the first time EVER that I wasn't completely spazzing out. No pain at all. Truly, you can't beat it. The staff are all welcoming and friendly. That is huge when going to the dentist. Today was my third visit with them. Attention to detail and overall care from office staff, hygienists and dentist. I didn't need any of those crowns! Today I did go back in to repair an old crown. Highly recommend headphones especially for any major issues. It made the time go by quickly and with less stress.
