We love this practice! It's really convenient right off 77 and easy to get to. The office is clean and the staff is nice and attentive. I liked how they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and get to know you by name. They do a great job at making care convenient and affordable. Dr. Jessica is very kind and knowledgeable. Providence Chiropractice is an amazing practice that cares deeply about their patients. I have been going here for only 2 months and I already feel like I am part of the family with members of the office and the doctor. The practice uses scans and drop tables that I have not experienced at other Chiro's and seem to be working well and helping the doctor to catering the adjustments to what my body needs. I have been going to Providence for a couple of weeks now and although it seems expensive it really is helping me a lot so far! When I first started going I didn't have even 60% range of motion in my neck without pain and I had a CONSTANT headache at best, migraine most of the time though! Headaches are less frequent and I can already move my neck better, probably 80% range now! I look forward to seeing how Dr. Jessica is able to help me even more, as well as the rest of my family! Not only can I NOT recommend this business, but I would encourage you to seek a provider that cares about your health and your wellbeing. This business spends more time trying to sell you added services and cost than they do helping you with your pain or discomfort. My Story - August 2022 1. After providing 3 days in advance all health insurance and records - I arrived and spoke with the "onboarding & finance consultant" . 2. We spoke about my insurance and he shared with me that I was "in-network" but that the insurance (Aetna) had not responded yet. 3. I assured him that I was fine with paying cash for the visit and just requested that they submit to Aetna on my behalf, He again assured me he would. 4. When I was called a few days later for my appointment reminder, I asked if they had heard back yet from insurance. - I was told not yet, but we should have an answer on my next appointment. 5. On my 2nd visit, I was yet again called to a conference room for financial consultation, and "based on your x-rays we can offer you a 10-visit pack" , the suggestion being that the only other option was a visit by visit, but I may incur x-ray changes (inferring that unless I purchased the 10 pack I may see added future charges. 6. I once again asked the lady if my insurance was confirmed yet. at that point she said that they were not "in-Network". This is exactly the reverse of my prior conversation that resulted in my spending $240 for first-time visit. 7. I informed her that this is NOT was I was told on visit #1 by the young man. She left the room to confer with him, returning to say 'Well actually we are in-network, but your insurance plan is not covered. Which is not in fact the case. 8. Regardless - I was NOT properly informed, and I told them based on the lack of ethical treatment and advice that I was going to get up and leave. The business seems to base the relationship on financials and not on treatment as the priority and they must have a sales commission that puts them into a position of needing to sell the services without regard for us the Patient. read more

Read some reviews online and was satisfied that I was making the right choice. Called and set up a same day appointment, I was very clear with the person I was speaking to, that I was a first time patient. They assured me that I could be easily adjusted today, I asked how much, they said it depends on the extent of care needed but around $30-$40. Fast forward a few hours, I check in on time. They immediately up sell me on some "neurological scan" that is part of the assessment, of course that $75 isn't part of the adjustment, which I found that out later. They then tell me that I need additional scans prior to seeing the doctor. I ask why didn't I get told this on the phone, and there wasn't an answer, just "I'm sorry." The people seem nice (only reason for the two stars), but I left, obviously frustrated and out of $75 for NO REASON. I didn't see the doctor, but if the office staff's competence is any indication, then I'd recommend staying away! Waste of time and money! read more
