A dear friend of mine was displeased with the quality of service she was receiving from the business and posted her feelings in a respectful way on Facebook. Heather posted comments calling my friend (a well-employed college graduate) and other commenters "hoodrats" and then said she's "white and doesn't care" what others think. Prior to that point, NO ONE had mentioned race. Heather, apparently has it on her mind though and forgot that all money is green. All money matters, right? So take your money and spend it at a business who knows that and values customers of ALL kinds. THIS place isn't it. ETA 8/14/18; I just noticed that some man who admits to being unfamiliar with the issue decided to chime in and claim that Heather "isn't racist" (she most certainly IS racist and proudly admitted as much in the appalling comments she openly made on FB). Further, that same man decided to excuse Heather's unprofessional behavior by placing blame on the PAYING CUSTOMER.
