Owner came out crew shows up late and the owner leaves before it starts now I have a fence that is wavy and full of gaps. The company initially left protruding staples and splitting wood, which were major safety hazards. Even after a follow-up visit, the fence remains uneven and poorly constructed. Seeing how the owner treats other projects with such care makes it even harder to understand why my home was treated this way. And why the owner never only made excuses for the work and mold never came out to double check the workers work to ensure it was correct!

When I measured the sound level at my neighbor's front door about 25 feet away (the reason for buying this in the first place) the noise went down 4 decibels, which is barely perceptible. I was disappointed that the panels are basically hollow plastic panels with no sound deadening inside, so I can not see how this would almost eliminate the A/C noise. Update: I added a third Quiet Fence panel so that one panel is on each of three sides of my air conditioning outdoor unit (our house wall is on the fourth side). No gaps now! Both my neighbor and I noticed a huge improvement. The Quiet Fence panels don't totally eliminate the noise, but they knock it down about 10 dB so it sounds half as loud, and we can live with that.
