You can choose from a few different "boxes" they have available, and you can also email them to try to make a swap if there's something you don't need. The box always shows up right on time, and everything has been incredibly fresh. The produce isn't local (at least I don't believe it is), so that's one thing I wish was different, but you will not find me complaining. Literally, an entire corner of the store is dedicated to various seasonings and dried herbs. And, they even pre-mix their own seasoning mixes like Carribean Jerk and Applewood Smoke Rub. Also, if you are looking for specialty items, there is a good chance you could find it here. For instance, I've been hearing a lot about chia seeds, but I had no idea where I could find them. Lo and behold, I got a bag full here, and you can find coconut flakes, various dried fruits and nuts, specialty oils, local honey, salsas, and dressings. With that being said items are available but it seems picked over and ran through. Fruit looks semi fresh, but I did get a cantaloupe. Synergy and kombucha is available here for a bit cheaper so that was a good find . Seafood section has good selection choices. Liquor is available and household and outdoor decorations available. Prices have went up but it has everywhere, with that being said give us carts and bags now ijs!! I will definitely be back since it's closer to my neighborhood so I'm not gonna say too much except yay !!

There is normally only 1 checkout line open for long lines of customers. Not recommended for impatient people who selfishly complain loudly about what we are all experiencing. I don't like that we need to bring our own bags. It keeps costs down I guess. I choose to wait rather than use self-checkout. There is no discount for performing an unpaid service. We also help keep the checker employed by not bowing to corporate greed. Food quality is acceptable. So I continue to shop there.
