I appreciate that Oscar isn't just a man of his word yet he kept me up to speed & stood to our deadline; not to mention he got it done earlier than we anticipated. I appreciate that he did not over promise & underdelivered like most contractors do. The value & quality of work definitely matched the customer service I received! I love working with small businesses, I will continue to work with Oscar as much as I can! I hope this helps.
