Liz has been very proactive and helpful as we worked through 3D printing and manufacturing options for www.puppod.com.

Highly recommend- just did an order in Dec. Called near…read moreclosing time and Caitlin was able to answer my questions and get me a quote in less than an hour. I was looking for a couple options- a small batch and larger batch of bandit signs( real estate type signs for outdoor advertising) for a local non profit group. She was so incredibly helpful and I never felt rushed with my questions and she was the key to moving along my project in a timely manner. She also asked if I needed stakes and those little follow up questions that made the whole process so seamless. I sent in the art work I had but it was lacking the polish and high res images needed. Luckily Caitlin helped point me in the right direction and looped in graphic designer, Mikayla. I have to say- I use to work with Project Managers and graphic designers in my previous job and if I was still in that role, Id try to recruit Mikayla and Caitlin. They just understood the assignment, gave options ( not pushy at all though) and got the job done in record time. The communication also was top notch and honestly I can't see why Id go anywhere else from now on just from service alone. Parking to pick up was so easy and Caitlin even loaded the heavy boxes into my car for me! While I was leaving I also asked for pricing on a potential future project but since it was during holiday time I wasn't expecting an answer right away. Caitlin followed up immediately via email and was very helpful. Def recommend signarama in redmond. Thank you Caitlin and Mikayla for your help!

Alex and team worked with me on a LED flex neon sign and it turned out even better than expected…read more Lead time was super quick once I made a decision. Pricing totally reasonable for the sign. They will hang it for you for a cost, but I had a friend who hung it for me instead. I would have another sign made by them in a heartbeat! All being said, its also on the buyer (me, you, etc) to know what you want and basically have your design ready - that helped the process. But also, Signarama had great ideas, suggestions and feedback.

In our case, they were able to take a file created in photoshop and print it onto a 2 ft X 1.5 ft foam board. It turns out that they can do all kinds of printouts and scans of large sized documents and images. To come to the point, the service was exceptional. Our questions were answered patiently and knowledgably so that when we brought our project in to be printed, it was ready. We got exactly what we wanted. The project was done on time. We will be bringing our business there from now on. Now the store in Bellevue is difficult to find but if you see a little blue PT Cruiser, you can just follow it and you'll get there with no problem.

They're in the International District so I just went down there so I could see what my options were in terms of substrates (paper, vinyl, canvas). I had everything set up in Photoshop and knew what I was talking about so it should have been an easy gig for them. The receptionist was friendly but the person who waited on me (Kathy) totally wasn't. It wasn't that she was rude. It was just that she had no bedside manner. She seemed like she couldn't care less about helping me. In the end they were going to have to special order the vinyl and their cost was double what other places in NYC and LA could do faster and cheaper so I walked. I won't be going back. If you want to feel like they're doing you a favor for walking in there, this is the place for you. Otherwise, it won't be hard to find someone who can do more to show you they appreciate your business. PS: The fact that they use PT Cruisers is hardly an endorsement for their brand, especially if you are looking for a print shop with good taste.
