Oh man where do I start!? I first started seeing Sergio when I was 23 (2 years ago). A few months…read moreago, when I found out I was chosen to compete in Donald Trump's Miss California USA pageant, I came straight back to Sergio! It is no small feat to get a body ready to walk on a stage in a swimsuit in front of hundreds of people and TV cameras, and some of the MOST critical judges, but Sergio welcomed it confidently. Sergio asks the right questions in order to perfectly understand your goals, and what you want to look like/feel like ultimately. For me, I wanted to be lean and toned. Results? I am now a size 0, and more toned than I've ever been- not to mention more stamina than ever. AND I still have 2 more months to perfect things before my pageant! Each training session is different and geared specifically toward you and what you want to achieve. For example, Sergio introduced me to boxing which I LOVE, so he adds that in at the end of my workout for some condensed cardio. If we start doing a specific exercise and it doesn't feel right to me, he will immediately substitute something better so that each exercise is productive. Just 2 months later and I have met all of my major goals by dropping fat, and gaining muscle tone. All of my measurements have decreased, as well as my weight and body fat percentage. I have referred several friends to him and they all had positive experiences as well. I can not recommend Sergio enough! He knows what he is doing and I have personally seen the results to back it up. If you have found him, YOU are the lucky one!! =)

We initially sought out his expertise following an accident that required reconstructive surgery on my knee. I had such a great experience with Brett Lando at Custom fit that after physical therapy, we decided to pursue couples personal training at Custom Fit. Prior to starting with Brandon, we were complete neophytes at the gym -- neither of us had stepped foot in one since high school. Our main goals were to generally increase our fitness levels and build strength as we enter middle age. Brandon has been a fantastic partner and has supported us immensely in this journey. He has created tailored routines that have helped me continue to pursue my goals, even after my surgery, and helped us both significantly increase our strength and overall fitness. Neither my wife nor I ever thought we would be interested in going to the gym or hiring personal trainers, but we are extremely happy with Brandon and would recommend him to anybody. We also appreciate the atmosphere at Custom Fit. The gym serves a large variety of clients, from serious powerlifters to older individuals who are maintaining their fitness and everybody in between, making it a comfortable and welcoming environment for all fitness levels.

I initially came to Simon with my body having a few running injuries and desperately needing some technique improvement on the main compound lifts. After the 1st session with him, I immediately knew that he was the perfect trainer for me. If I had to describe how it was like working with him it would be something along the lines of "He meets you where you're at on a personal level" . During our time working together he was able to tremendously help me improve issues that I had on my foot, shoulder, and hips. This was largely due to him providing me corrective exercises based on what my body was capable of. I would also like to praise his attention to detail and giving me real-time cue adjustments to help me perfect my technique. Due to a combination of his technical expertise and supportive training style I have been able to make significant progress towards my fitness goals. I would highly recommend Simon to anyone seeking a trainer who is professional, supportive, and highly invested in helping you achieve your fitness goals.

My main focus had been strength training and mobility, but I had mentioned to him I was curious about calisthenics. He does a really great job at planning workouts that incorporate movements that include broad categories of muscle groups along with movements that target specific accessory muscles to improve support and stability, like emphasizing knee and foot strength. This makes workouts interesting and breaks up the monotany. I have the most fun working on doing pullups and feel like I'm getting closer to being able to do them unassisted! I've also noticed major progress in my core strength which is helping me make progress in my big lifts. He has a very holistic approach to his training. He often includes tips regarding nutrition during our sessions. He also has provided me with resources to help improve sleep and recovery. He checks in frequently to see how I'm feeling, which I appreciate.

Richard has been an outstanding trainer from day one. He is knowledgeable, encouraging, and incredibly patient. One of my biggest concerns when starting was managing my chronic back and knee issues. Richard took the time to understand my limitations and designed workouts that worked around those challenges while still helping me make meaningful progress. Not only have I gotten stronger, but my back and knee pain has been significantly reduced, if not completely eliminated. That's something I never thought would be possible. Today, I'm the strongest I've ever been, and I give Richard a tremendous amount of credit for helping me get there. He consistently challenges me while making sure I train safely and effectively. The facilities are top-tier as well. The equipment is high quality, everything is well maintained, and the gym is always exceptionally clean. I highly recommend Richard and this facility to anyone who is serious about improving their fitness and making a commitment to becoming stronger and healthier. Whether you're new to personal training like I was or have years of experience, you'll be in great hands. Five stars all around!

After 2+ years of consistent training, the results speak for themselves. I couldn't recommend him more!

I've been training with Sebastian for only a few months, but with his coaching I feel like I've reversed years of neglect. In just a few months I find myself approaching old PRs and feeling strong and proud of myself. My goals have become more ambitious, and I've added training days because I enjoy the coaching so much. Training with Sebastian has been an excellent investment for me. In addition to a wealth of knowledge and experience, Sebastian brings energy, enthusiasm, and focus to each workout. While I came in reasonable shape, I was lacking coordination and stability. Even standing on one leg was an adventure. Sebastian's training did a lot of work towards fixing that. His training pushed towards being able to work through complicated compound exercises that forced me to use multiple muscle groups in a connected way. He also worked me very hard through many basic movement drills. Beyond using his training plan to turn me into a more agile, coordinated, stronger person, he was amazing in motivating me through each and every session. These sessions could be very difficult, but his cheerfulness and confidence in me gave me the ability to push through. When routines weren't quite working, he would adjust to help me understand the basic movements more before going back. In basic summary, if you're looking for trainer who is looking out for you and making sure you're headed in the right direction for the long term, Sebastian Hagemeyer is your man. If I was still living in San Francisco, I'd probably still be working with him.
