I purchased the vehicle for Approximately $45,000 and when they called me back reported it was in an accident and could only offer me $19,000. They were deceptive with me when I purchased, and do not recommend using this organization. And the financial manager promised me a lower interest rate and was also deceptive about the final arrangements for financing. I do not recommend using this facility as they take advantage of people with disabilities.

I think it would have made smart business sense to notify those customers in advance who were scheduled to pick up equipment that day. Very unprofessional. I called back on Monday, explaining my daughter couldn't pick up the wheelchair today due to knee replacement surgery. Her husband couldn't pick it up because he was working and my granddaughter couldn't pick it up because she was at school doing pre-graduation activities. Family and friends flying in from all over and all we asked was to pick up the wheelchair last Friday. After speaking to an employee there, who apologized and made excuses about being short staffed, I asked if it could be delivered. I was told that it could, with the normal delivery charge of $50 being reduced to $25 because of the hassle. That being said, since the chair was only $20 to rent, it still felt insulting. So my granddaughter left school to get the wheelchair for her Mom to attend her graduation tomorrow, and she was treated rudely by them when she arrived. Very unprofessional group of people.
