My boyfriend and I tried to hire them to empty out the condo of a deceased relative. They took down our information and then never followed up with us. No one ever answered the phone at the office, so we were forced to only leave messages. They never returned any of our messages. I finally reached a real person after a few months of not hearing back from them and that person said she couldn't find any records of our business request. So I started over from scratch. She took down all my information and said she would call me back later that day. She NEVER called me back at all. And over the next month, I left several voicemail messages for the business and no one ever called me back. We finally had to give up on them and find another company to do the condo cleanout. I can not recommend Servpro.

I hired Velocity homes to build my house and dealing with them was a horrible experience. If I…read morecould give them zero stars, I would. They were rude, inappropriate and unprofessional the entire process. People should be aware of what we experienced with them, in their decision to hire a builder. I had a hard time getting them to work on my house the entire time. I was told by one of the bosses "I just want to get your house out of my hair". Nice service. When they handed over the house it was dirty, unfinished rooms, floors damaged, (from them leaving our doors open) which allowed people to use our house as a place to roller skate and skateboard. They left us with that damage. The doors were hung wrong, which causes dirt to blow into our house and is always on the floor. So we have to pay someone to rehang these doors. We also have and are hiring handyman companies to fix their shoddy work. They ask people to post them "5 star" reviews, but all I've heard is bad about this company. If they put as much effort into their customer service and the work they put into the houses they build, they probably wouldn't have to try so hard asking for the fake "5 star" reviews from people who aren't really their customers. Since moving in I've hired a personal home inspector. This inspector was amazed at the code violations and terrible work velocity homes left us with. He informed us that we have some real issues here. So, we have already paid around $50,000 to fix problems they left us with and we are still working on fixing other problems. The bank that velocity homes referred us to also told me negative things about them and that we aren't the only customers having problems with them. People beware of this builder. Building through velocity homes was an absolute nightmare and I would not refer them to anyone.

Because we were going through our Home Warranty company they had to notify them and he told me, " they will have to order it and it could take a few days." luckily my parents live about 20 minutes away so I would pack up the kids every night for the next three days to give everyone baths and showers. By the third day, I was over it, and hadn't heard from the home warranty company yet. Steve had kept in touch with me every single day to let us know the status of what was going on. By the third day we were told by our home warranty company that it was ordered, but it would still be another 3 to 5 BUSINESS days! We are a family of 7 and I was immediately really upset. After talking to Steve again he decided that that was unacceptable and he wasn't going to let my husband and I along with our 5 kids wait that long. They called me and said they would be there in 45 minutes to install a new water heater. They were here within that timeframe and had it installed within a half hour. Steve is so amazing and I will forever recommend Complete Plumbing to everyone I hear that needs plumbing services. I'm really grateful for he and Jason installing it well and getting the job done despite the Home Warranty company being difficult and essentially causing their customer to be without hot water for 8 days. Needless to say, we will be canceling our services with that home warranty company. Thanks again Steve! We are so appreciative.
