The owner's creativity shines through in their innovative ideas. For instance, they significantly transformed the living room by removing the built-ins and connecting wall, creating a spacious and open layout. This was a game-changer for me, and I would not have thought of it myself. When they finished, new LVP flooring covered every surface, and the walls were painted to perfection. A doorway between the kitchen and the garage was widened, and a new door installed. The closet and built-ins in the living room were completely removed, and all new cabinetry, a double wall oven, refrigerator, cooktop, sink, and pot lights were installed in the kitchen.
