So, In my experience, it is difficult to get a contractor to even reply to initial quote requests,…read moreso I was pleasantly surprised when Steve Manion contracting promptly replied to my online request to schedule an estimate. Steve showed up at the scheduled time, was very nice and efficient and promised an emailed quote for our work by the end of the following week. I waited 11 days and contacted them. Was told Steve would call me in the next day or so. Waited another week and contacted them again, saying I had not heard from Steve. Crickets. Never heard back from them again. I checked both phone numbers they had for me to make sure I didn't miss a call. Nothing. Checked email spam and trash. Nothing. I tried. Contractors, if you don't want the job or can't do the job, simply let the potential client know and we will move on. I can't recommend this company because they don't appear to care about clients that are ready to spend our hard earned money and let us waste time on appointments, calls and emails with nothing to show for it.

A++++++++ I can't…read morerecommend **Toler Home Solutions** enough. Tim and his brother John are professional, honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. They came out for what I thought was a fairly straightforward job, but instead of rushing through it, they took the time to carefully inspect my roof and pointed out multiple issues that had been overlooked. They found missing and improperly installed components, workmanship problems, and several areas that should have been addressed when my home was built. As a homeowner, it's frustrating to discover these kinds of issues only 3 years later. My experience with the original construction and inspection of my Clayton home left me with a lot of unanswered questions, because many of these problems should never have made it past a final inspection. What impressed me most about Tim and John was that they didn't just point out the problems--they explained everything clearly, fixed the issues correctly, and made sure I understood what they were doing every step of the way. It's rare to find contractors who genuinely care about doing the job right instead of just getting the job done. If you're looking for trustworthy, skilled handymen who take pride in their work and treat your home like it's their own, I wholeheartedly recommend **Toler Home Solutions**. Thank you, Tim and John, for restoring my confidence that there are still contractors who put quality and integrity first. Tim Toler Toler Home Solutions!!! #TolerHomeSolutions #ClaytonHomes

Wilber is professional, conscientious and cares about doing things the right way. He was also flexible when we made changes a few times. His team was professional, courteous, and they were always right on time. Each day Wilber would let us know the plan for the next day and the time they would arrive. Communication was excellent. If we had any areas that we wanted to be touched up a little more, or any changes, Wilber accommodated us. He even offered to return if needed if we scuffed the walls during our move out (we are selling our home). They made our home look new again, maybe even better than new! I would recommend Wilber S Painting 100%. Description of work: We had interior and exterior painting done, drywall repairs, wood rot repair, pressure washing of our foundation done before painting. Interior painting: kitchen (walls, ceiling, trim, doors), morning room (trim, walls), 2 story living room, including trim and doors, foyer area, stairwell, and master bath ceiling painted. We had many areas throughout the house that needed drywall repairs: cracking along the drywall tape, nail pops, cracks, chips, etc. We had exterior painting done: metal roofs over bay windows, bay windows painted, front door, foundation brick repainted. We had a door that had some wood rot and it had also been chewed a bit by a puppy that he fixed and made look new. Beautiful work and I am a perfectionist myself. It was worth every penny.
