Craig and the excellent people he works with not only gave us a detailed, thorough estimate of the renovation costs, they also saved the lives of my entire family. They discovered that a mold problem in the basement was worse than it appeared. There were lethal levels of toxic mold spores throughout the entire structure, not just a simple basement fix as the listing agent indicated. Craig went above and beyond to help us get out of the contract. He has even checked up on us to make sure we're all on the mend and had visited the Dr. (Me, my husband, our 7 year old and 1 year old were all exhibiting symptoms of toxic mold poisoning. All of the people who came in to work were very careful, conscientious, and considerate. There was little mess, and everything was cleaned up in the end.
