I had done antibiotics in the time since my last dentist visit. I was still sensitive to cold but not overly so. Dr Nair said I didn't need a root canal at this time, but gave clear instructions on what to watch for, and invited me to call directly back if my symptoms worsened at all. I paid $75 with insurance. They could have just done the root canal after all and charged over $500, but they didn't. Truly a mark of a good doctor is one who does not intervene if not truly required. Love this place! (And hope I never need them LOL)

I was a new patient that scheduled an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. The appointment was…read morequickly confirmed via text message. When I arrived at the office for my appointment, they said I wasn't on the calendar. But they had me fill out the new patient paperwork anyway and did not ask me to reschedule. Instead, they took a bunch of X-rays and then let me wait for a total of 3 hours, while periodically telling me that the dentist would come by to give me an exam. About 2.5 hours in, the dentist finally saw me and told me that I needed a bunch of work to address issues that I already knew about (issues that other dentists had indicated did not require all that work). Then I was assured that I would get my teeth cleaned right away, only to wait some more. At the 3 hour mark I finally left without ever having my teeth cleaned, which is the sole reason I scheduled the appointment. The staff was friendly but not nearly as apologetic as I expected them to be given the outrageous wait time, and they had the audacity to be surprised when I (a) didn't want to reschedule and (b) told them I was going to find a different dentist.

After explaining my procedure I was given a quote right away, his pricing is really reasonable; I went to another oral surgeon for a quote and it was more than 4 times the amount. Dr. Cooke cares about his patients when I left I knew I would be in great hands with him having my wisdom teeth removed.
