He's super humble and knows what he's doing. Jose and Carlos took great care of us and Jose gave us a trial pass... I have a grandfather membership that I would like to keep so I'm going to most likely sign up for EOS as well. I like the option of bringing unlimited guests with you. I also like the movie theater room. The classrooms are smaller than LA fitness so you do have to SIGN UP for the classes to ensure space... The gym can get really crowded and I do see a lot of people waiting for machines. They don't have a wet sauna but, they do have a front and back parking lot. I like that there's an outdoor section of the gym too... EOS is really stepping up into the fitness arena!

But the real highlight is management. The manager seems deeply committed to acting like he's overseeing access to classified government documents instead of running a small gym in a tiny town. There's always an attitude, an unnecessary level of seriousness, and somehow a strange talent for making normal interactions feel uncomfortable. It looks like they are starting to update their signs for the bathrooms to make them unisex. They also have a charging station for your heart rate monitor, which is a great use of their large lobby--plus you don't have to bother a staff member to help you with it. Unfortunately, you can't choose your station anymore when you check in, but I'm still a big fan of the studio.

I did like the vibe of the class although the instruction could of used a little more explaining as this was my first time attending an OT. THe class was about an hour long and it was broke up into a 3 part session of rowing, & free weight conditioning, & treadmill. The female instructor gave some input for motivation & the music was loud and encouraging! Overall, it was fun but could have been more organized at the front desk & communication about the class offering "FREE" to first timers... This part was untrue as I received an email that my daughter (the member) was charged for all those attending a cost of $12 each @ 12-15 people that did not live in the Temecula area. This was an out of town prewedding celebration event.... so that was a little discouraging. I don't believe I will be returning to an OT.

I met with a trainer Kyle and he was a bit slow and didn't know much about nutrition , training or the risks for people who had health issues . He was very pushy , insensitive and he had some acne skin issues that made me suspect steroids or drug use . He was also trying to flirt with me in a weird way. He would say that he could train me on the road and he would help me be a model. He looked old and tired . I didn't want to be around him.
